Sketch-On-Saturday SOS25 for WCMD!

Hi all and Happy World Card Making Day!
Yes, in case you did not realise, it is WCMD today – traditionally the 1st October every year… what better excuse to share a love of crafty goodness?

Today’s sketch card is just the start of my celebrations! I have made a couple more cards this morning already but not had chance to photograph them yet. Will have to take care of them asap to share with you!
But for today’s card – based on my Sketch-On-Saturday SOS25 sketch idea…
Apologies that I totally forgot to actually photograph my sketch pad, with the sketch!! But my card is a pretty faithful interpretation:

Sketch-On-Saturday SOS24_cardI’m also entering this one into The Ribbon Girls Colour Challenge #11 – green & brown.

I got to use some fab new patterned papers from Authentique 6×6 pad ‘Blissful’ plus plenty more collagey-layering goodness…
The tag is by Making Memories ‘Panorama’…
Stationery stickers – from the museum shop when we visited Madrid(!)…
That lush doily is stamped (Papermania stamp) and heat embossed for amazing sparkle using American Crafts Zing in ‘copper’. Yum!

The Baker’s twine and ca-ute owl charm are both from The Ribbon Girl.

Hope you manage some fun crafty time today – especially to take advantage of WCMD!
See you soon, Rx
