So, the blogging has been a bit thin on the ground this week – I guess you know how it gets at this time of year…. Thought I’d stop by though, to share a few more of my Christmas cards – finally I was able to get some daytime photos, despite the still-gloomy weather!
I shan’t go into too much detail about each one – just drop me a line in the comments if you want to know more!
But first… This one I’m going to enter into the December challenge over at Sir Stampalot – bingo!
And my line of three is right across the middle: buttons… flowers… and Stickles.
Check it out:
The papers are Authentique, ‘Wonder’ then I layered up a diecut shape (Nesties Labels 4, stamped with WMS ‘Labels 4′), a leaf and folded poinsettia, and the mini angels postcard ephemera, adding Stickles to the holly on the card and flower petals.
A few more cards for you-
Here’s one with some redwork stitching – well strictly speaking, it’s blackwork stitched in white onto red fabric. Makes sense? Not much!
And a little bit of stamping to accent (WMS ‘Seasonal Remedies’ and WOW).
And a cutie card:
This one’s made using the Hero Arts/ Sizzix stamps and die set ‘Holiday Cheer’. Cuttlebug ‘Swiss Dots’ embossed snowy hills, plus LiquidPearls for a flurry of snow
And Rudolph has to have a gem for a shiny red nose:
Will be back soon with more festiveness to share.
I just have to finish writing all our cards now and then can get onto wrapping the gifts
Have a good day, Rx
