Lawnscaping challenge24 – Christmas card

Hi, and another quick post of a festive card. Just a few more cards to finish and send now, a couple of hand-deliver ones, thank goodness.

This one I’ve made to enter into the Lawnscaping challenge #24 – Texture:
Lawnscaping challenge24 textureI don’t have any festive-appropriate LF stamps (maybe if I get some Christmas spending money, then I can treat myself!) but I did stick with the cute, whimsy spirit of Lawn Fawn in my card idea….
Lawnscaping card challenge24I used a sweet owl and branch stamp by October Afternoon, and fussy cut them to layer onto a shiny blue mirror cardblank. (Tough to photograph, that’s why I’m holding the card up!)
Spots of Liquid Pearls make for a sweet snow flurry but of couse the fun, texture-tastic part is his Santa hat, just made with a piece of red card and folded over for a ‘floppy’ droop effect, and with a pompom and more fluff for the trim ;)

Hope you likey, take care, Rx
