So, don’t you just love it when your hubby comes home from work and asks, “Do you have a birthday card we can send to James tomorrow? He likes music, so maybe one with rubber stamped records?”
Hmm. Er. Not got one of those particular cards handy, no.
But at least I can rustle one up when requested. Albeit with a diecut record instead of a rubber stamped one. See?
Happy to break out my new October Afternoon ‘Woodland Park’ 8×8 paper pack for this, which was a Christmas pressie, and used the retro radio stamp by American Crafts, stamped in Versacolour ‘Green Tea’ to keep up with the music theme. (James – the card’s recipient – is quite the funky music fan, a vinyl collector.)
The record was made with diecut layered Nestie circles of card, with doodled with white gel pen.
Hope James liked it.
See you later alligators. Rx
